This project was about creating a logo and brand identity for a local basketball team.

The task was to create a jersey that they could wear on court. The challenge was to create a sick jersey with a limited budget and print constraints. The design needed to unify the players on the court and incorporate client requests.

To overcome these challenges, I streamlined the design process. The designs were heavily inspired by pop culture and the personality of the players on the team. The client’s playful request for "cowboy boots, flames, and cartoons" came easily to my style. Sketching helped quickly explore ideas.

I finalised the logo and assets in Illustrator. After an initial consultation, I developed a bootleg mascot logo. Clear mock-ups are vital in a small budget project.

The results are a visual identity for the team that met the client’s vision within the project’s constraints.
